I'm finally home
A whole house all my own
Years of moving has taken its toll
My flesh relocated, outpaced by my soul
Nomad life was fun for a bit
But after all that walking I just wanna sit
I wasn't built to always be on the go
Packing my bags, moving to and fro
Although I ended up back where I began
The circle that got me here made me who I am
Sometimes I think a place is what makes me whole
But without a person, a home is just a house
And I'm not finally house, I'm home
